3E is hiring an Implementation Specialist to turn signed contracts into adopted solutions. You will lead hands-on implementation activities from kickoff through configuration, validation, training, and launch, ensuring measurable first value from 3E’s products.

This role blends technical work with customer interaction, requiring ownership of outcomes and comfort with shifting priorities. Remote work is supported within the Eastern time zone.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of software implementation or professional services experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong ability to configure software and troubleshoot setup issues.
• Experience managing multiple customer projects to deadlines and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into clear milestones, deliverables, and plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to launch and handoff.
• Confirm data readiness, environment requirements, and prerequisites.
• Create documented implementation plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Configure customer environments, users, roles, and integrations.
• Provide foundational training and validate the solution with customers.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and partners as needed.
• Track milestones, risks, and potential scope changes early.
• Execute post-onboarding value realization projects like migrations and integrations.
• Maintain accurate project records and prioritized work based on impact.
