3E is seeking an Implementation Specialist to transform signed contracts into adopted solutions. You will own hands-on implementation from kickoff through configuration, validation, training, launch, and handoff for enterprise customers.

The role blends technical execution with customer engagement and project coordination, translating scope into actionable plans while navigating changing priorities. A 10–20% travel expectation may apply.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, account or project management, or professional services.
• Strong technical ability to configure software and troubleshoot setup issues.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects to deadlines and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear activities, milestones and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, prioritization, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to handoff with configuration, validation and training.
• Confirm data readiness, environment requirements, security considerations, and integration prerequisites.
• Translate scope into an implementation plan with milestones, dependencies, assumptions, and responsibilities.
• Configure customer environments, including users, roles, integrations, and core workflows.
• Provide foundational training and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud and external partners.
• Track milestones, risks, and scope changes; follow change-control processes.
• Execute post-onboarding Value Realization projects like migrations, integrations and workflow enablement.
• Maintain accurate project records with status, outcomes, risks and next steps.
