Job summary

3E is seeking an Implementation Specialist to turn signed contracts into adopted, working solutions. You will own hands-on implementation from kickoff through configuration, validation, training, launch, and handoff, driving measurable first value from 3E’s products.

The role blends technical work with customer engagement and project coordination, translating scope into practical delivery plans and managing milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple implementations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, or professional services.
• Strong technical aptitude to configure software and troubleshoot setup issues.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects to deadlines and outcomes.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from kickoff to launch and handoff.
• Confirm data readiness, environment requirements, security considerations, and integration prerequisites.
• Create implementation plans with milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and responsibilities.
• Configure customer environments, roles, integrations, and core workflows.
• Provide foundational training and validate solutions with customer contacts.
