Job summary

3E is seeking an Implementation Specialist to turn signed contracts into working, adopted solutions. You will own hands‑on implementation activities from kickoff through configuration, validation, training, launch, and handoff, driving measurable first value from 3E’s products.

This role blends technical work with customer engagement and project coordination, translating scope into actionable plans while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, project management, or professional services.
• Strong ability to configure software, troubleshoot setup issues, and learn new products.
• Experience managing multiple projects to deadlines with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations from kickoff through configuration, validation, and handoff.
• Translate scope into a documented implementation plan with milestones and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain project records, monitor risks, and manage changes within scope.
• Support post‑onboarding value realization projects such as migrations and integrations.
