Job summary

Practifi is seeking a Technical SaaS Project Manager who turns signed SOWs into live, trained, and happy clients. You’ll own end‑to‑end delivery with BAs, Consultants, and Data Engineers to keep scope honest, timelines realistic, and stakeholders informed.

You’ll manage multiple regulated‑industry projects, balancing risk and client needs while maintaining a proactive, transparent approach. The role includes Learnbucks education stipends, remote‑first culture, and opportunities to grow into

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in fintech or other regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Asana, including creating tasks and tracking status.
• Strong written and verbal communication; primary client voice from kickoff to go-live.
• Comfortable holding clients and internal teams accountable to a plan.

Responsibilities

• Build the project plan with the client based on the signed SOW, then run the kickoff that sets the tone for the whole engagement.
• Own the project through every stage of the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through UAT, go-live, and the two-week post-go-live support window.
• Create and manage every JIRA task tied to technical work, with the right assignment, sprint, story points, and due date, and keep Asana milestone plans current.
• Protect scope. When something falls outside the SOW, you flag it for intake or deferral instead of letting it quietly become unbilled work.
