Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in SaaS or enterprise software; PMP, CAPM, or Agile certs preferred.
• Proven success leading customer-facing projects with strong stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities; proficiency with PM tools/methodologies.
• Problem-solver who anticipates risks and communicates effectively with technical and business audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility.
• Experience with HR technology or leave management solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of mid-sized customer implementation projects with project plans and cross-functional coordination.
• Serve as primary contact for customers through the implementation process.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and align stakeholders.
• Track and report project health, budget, and timelines; contribute to process improvements.
• Help maintain organizational security and compliance controls.
