Job summary

Medispend is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead client-focused SaaS deployments and drive successful configurations from kickoff to production.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and perform hands-on configuration while guiding QA and UAT processes. This role supports remote work across the U.S. and requires strong PM and client-management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a SaaS or high-tech environment.
• 5+ years in project management and implementing software solutions.
• Familiar with US and OUS Transparency and Compliance in Life Sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred; PMP certification a plus.
• Experience in Confluence, JIRA, Zendesk and Smartsheet a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client implementations from kickoff through production deployment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, goals, deliverables, risks and dependencies.
• Communicate project updates to team members and management clearly and promptly.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and plan contingencies.
• Lead discovery sessions and document decisions for Medispend implementations.
• Translate client requirements into supported configuration and workflows.
• Perform hands-on configuration and coordinate with development teams on milestones.
• Review development updates and support QA and user acceptance testing.
• Oversee client acceptance testing and coordinate issue resolution.
• Diagnose issues and escalate to development where needed.
• Create training materials and conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
