Sapiens is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects and internal teams, delivering tailored software solutions in a remote first environment. You will guide planning, budgeting, risk management, and change control across multiple concurrent initiatives in the reinsurance domain.

The role requires strong client-facing communication, expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methods, and a track record of delivering complex software deployments for Tier 1 carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or STEM field.
• PMI/PRINCE2 or equivalent PM credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects and internal staff, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage risks, budgets and change requests.
• Provide governance reports to PMO and stakeholders.
