Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a SaaS Implementation Project Manager in the United States to oversee a high-volume portfolio of customer deployments in a remote, fast-paced environment. You will guide customers from discovery through configuration, testing, launch, and transition to Customer Success while coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading SaaS implementations or technical projects.
• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with the SaaS implementation lifecycle (discovery to handoff).
• Ability to learn new software quickly and collaborate with Product/Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication and meeting facilitation.
• Experience using AI, automation, or templates to boost productivity.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from discovery through training and launch.
• Manage a portfolio of 40+ concurrent projects with milestones and risks.
• Prioritize work by impact, urgency, and dependencies; escalate issues with solutions.
• Create repeatable templates, playbooks, and portfolio health reporting.
• Serve as primary customer contact; run effective status meetings and updates.
• Clarify scope, troubleshoot blockers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Translate client workflows into actionable requirements for stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance meeting prep, documentation, and risk analysis.
• Develop automated workflows and dashboards to reduce manual work.
• Maintain project records and provide leadership with progress reporting.
• Track KPIs related to implementation performance and customer satisfaction.
