Job summary

MediSpend seeks an Implementation Manager to lead client implementations from kickoff to production and to establish long-term relationships. The role requires collaboration with internal teams in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and hands-on configuration work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a SaaS or other high-tech environment.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management and implementing software solutions.
• Familiar with US Life Sciences transparency and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred; PMP certification a plus
• Experience in Confluence, JIRA, Zendesk and Smartsheet a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage client implementations from Project Kickoff through Production deployment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, goals, deliverables, risks and dependencies with internal and client stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates to team members and management clearly and timely.
• Proactively manage changes in scope and devise contingency plans.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and document decisions for Medispend implementations.
• Serve as primary solution lead translating client requirements into configurations and solutions.
• Manage hands-on configuration and liaison between development and clients.
• Review development updates and coordinate testing and acceptance.
• Oversee user acceptance testing, track issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Diagnose issues and escalate to development as needed.
• Create training materials and conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
• Support Customer Success and Managed Services with data management and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the implementation team.
