This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and exceptional communication with customers and internal teams. As a program manager, you will coordinate scope, timelines, and budgets, report progress, and mentor junior staff while aligning engagements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience implementing or delivering software solutions, SaaS preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative to drive projects forward even under ambiguity.
• Ability to communicate across all levels from engineers to executives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software configuration, data mapping and API integrations.
• Experience as SME and trusted advisor to customers in software implementation or technical consulting.

Responsibilities

• Set, manage, and meet customer expectations with scope, budget, and timeline.
• Ensure customers see value from solutions and generate revenue through successful implementations.
• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout engagement delivery.
• Oversee engagements from design to deployment and ongoing best practices.
• Design, configure, and implement solutions with Professional Services.
• Lead a team of technical resources for architecture and integrations.
• Analyze usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities.
• Communicate progress, risks and solutions to stakeholders.
