Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise software, technology, or SaaS implementations.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver on time within scope.
• Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Travel as needed and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience with Impartner or partner channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, managing expectations and providing regular status updates.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support to allocate resources and resolve challenges.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and share best practices with clients.
• Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Monitor progress, track metrics, and report outcomes to leadership and clients.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote knowledge sharing.
