Job summary

Surgimate is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects for surgical practices, train users, configure builds, and troubleshoot in real time, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and tailor workflows while staying hands-on and customer-focused in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or SaaS implementation is a plus
• Strong client-facing and training capabilities
• Excellent communication across all organizational levels
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Hands-on training, configuration, and troubleshooting during onboarding
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
• Train users directly and provide ongoing support during onboarding
• Configure Surgimate product builds for customer implementations
• Coordinate with R&D, Support, and Implementations teams to resolve challenges
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Capture meeting notes and action items for stakeholders
• Lead live customer training sessions, in-person or virtual
• Collaborate with clients to tailor workflows and ensure satisfaction
