Job summary

3E is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead complex customer implementations across multiple products and teams. You will turn customer scope into actionable delivery plans, own the integrated strategy, and ensure on-time, scoped, and adopted outcomes.

You will coordinate technical discovery, manage the master plan, and report project health with data-driven insights. This remote role aligns with Eastern time zone delivery and regular collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software implementation, onboarding, or professional services experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading complex customer implementations with multiple workstreams and products.
• Own project scope, plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude to coordinate specialists without coding required.
• Ability to communicate credibly with senior customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects with informed prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new-logo, cross-sell, and Value Realization implementations from handoff to close.
• Translate scopes into an integrated delivery strategy covering milestones and resources.
• Lead technical discovery and pre-integration planning with customers and internal teams.
• Own the master implementation plan and coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data, and partners.
• Establish measurable success criteria at kickoff and maintain accountability.
• Lead governance discussions with senior stakeholders and sponsors.
• Maintain milestone trackers and conduct phase-gate reviews with mitigation plans.
• Identify dependencies and risks early and assess impact on critical path.
• Deliver multi-product implementations with change control and unified customer plans.
• Build dashboards to visualize status and risks beyond status meetings.
• Manage customer escalations diplomatically and sustain commitments.
• Collaborate with Commercial on handoffs and renewal/expansion risks.
• Support pre-sales scoping to ensure feasible commitments and delivery.
• Drive post-onboarding Value Realization projects including migrations and optimizations.
• Prioritize across projects based on risk, complexity, and impact.
