Job summary

Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates to support roadside emergencies across the U.S. You will be the calm first point of contact for drivers, guiding them through urgent events and coordinating with service providers for rapid assistance.

This remote role requires empathy, communication, and strong technical skills to manage dispatch systems and customer interactions, contributing to service excellence in a national network.

Qualifications

• Empathy and active listening to support stranded drivers.

• Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls to assist stranded motorists in real time.
• Dispatch accurately with external service providers to ensure timely help.
• De-escalate customers with empathy and guidance during emergencies.
• Navigate multiple web-based dispatch tools while tracking progress.
• Collaborate in a remote team using Zoom and Google Chat.
