Job summary

Agero, Inc. is seeking Remote Response Associates to assist drivers in roadside emergencies across the United States. You will calm and guide stranded motorists, gather critical details, and dispatch the right service providers quickly.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in customer service, strong empathy, and excellent communication. This remote role requires a dedicated home office, stable internet, and the ability to work within a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of continuous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in the United States per program requirements.
• Successful completion of a background screening is required.
• Dedicated home office setup and reliable internet connection are required to support remote work.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls to gather location and vehicle details for dispatch.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely and accurate tow or assistance.
• De-escalate frustrated customers with calm, empathetic communication and clear guidance.
• Navigate multiple dispatch systems and web tools to track service progress in real time.
• Collaborate with a remote team via Zoom, chat, and email to maintain service levels.
