Job summary

Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates to join our Roadside Assistance team, where you will help rescue stranded motorists by taking real-time inbound calls and guiding them through urgent situations. You act as the calm, first point of contact and coordinate dispatch with service providers nationwide.
