Job summary

Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates to join our Roadside Assistance team. You will handle real-time inbound calls from motorists across the U.S., providing calm guidance and coordinating with external service providers to dispatch tow trucks and road-side help.

As a Remote Response Associate, you’ll manage high-stress situations with empathy, use multiple dispatch tools, and collaborate with a virtual team. Eligible candidates reside in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Handle High-Volume Calls: Gather essential details to dispatch aid in real time.

• De-escalate & Support: Empathetic guidance to calm frustrated customers.
• Navigate Digital Tools: Use multiple systems to track service progress.
• Excel in a Virtual Team: Collaborate with peers and managers via Zoom and Google Chat.
