Job summary

Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates to join the Roadside Assistance team. You will receive real-time inbound calls from U.S. motorists, guiding them through urgent roadside events with empathy and clear instructions.

Dispatch support is provided through a network of service providers, with emphasis on safety and customer care. You’ll work in a remote, performance-driven setting, using multiple dispatch tools and virtual collaboration to deliver quick, high-quality resolutions for
