Agero, Inc. is seeking Remote Response Associates to assist drivers in roadside emergencies. You will handle real-time inbound calls, assess needs, and dispatch tow trucks or service vehicles with calm, empathetic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume real-time inbound calls to assist stranded motorists.
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating with external service providers.
• De-escalate and support customers with empathetic guidance.
• Navigate multiple dispatch and web-based tools concurrently.
• Succeed in a remote, performance-driven team environment using Zoom and Google Chat.
