Job summary

Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates to join our Roadside Assistance team. You will manage inbound calls from drivers across the United States, providing a calm, clear roadmap for next steps during urgent roadside events.

In this fully remote role, you will coordinate with external providers to dispatch tow trucks and service vehicles, using multiple dispatch tools and collaborative platforms to ensure safe, swift support.

Qualifications

• Location: reside in AL, GA, FL, GA, MS, MO, TN, or VA.
• Customer-facing experience: 1+ years in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check: required.
• Home office: dedicated, quiet space.

Responsibilities

• Handle High-Volume Calls: Gather essential details to dispatch assistance in real-time.
• Dispatch with Accuracy: Coordinate with service providers for timely arrival.
• De-escalate & Support: Use empathy to calm customers under stress.
• Navigate Digital Tools: Use multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools.
• Excel in a Virtual Team: Collaborate with peers via Zoom and Google Chat.
