Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic during high-stress interactions.
• Comfort with digital tools and multiple dispatch systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls to assist stranded motorists.
• Coordinate with external service providers for accurate dispatch.
• De-escalate customers and provide clear next steps and information.
• Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools concurrently.
• Collaborate with remote team via Zoom and chat tools.
