The role requires staying calm under pressure, navigating multiple systems, and delivering excellent customer care in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Location: You must currently reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, or Virginia.
• Customer-Facing Experience: 1+ years in a fast-paced customer service environment, with remote experience valued.
• Background Check: Full criminal background screening required.
• Workspace Needs: Dedicated quiet home office with own equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls and gather essential details to dispatch assistance in real-time.
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating with external service providers to ensure timely arrival of help.
• De-escalate and support customers with empathy during stressful roadside events.
• Navigate multiple digital tools and dispatch systems to track progress.
• Excel in a remote team environment, collaborating via Zoom and Google Chat.
