Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced contact center.
• Must reside in AL, AZ, FL, GA, MS, MO, TN, or VA.
• Pass background screening to protect customer security and client integrity.
• Dedicated, quiet home office setup with own equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls and gather details to dispatch help quickly.
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating with external service providers.
• De-escalate and support customers with calm, empathetic guidance.
• Navigate multiple digital tools to track service progress.
• Excel in a remote, team-driven environment using Zoom/Google Chat.
