Agero, Inc. is seeking Remote Response Associates to join our Roadside Assistance team. You will handle inbound calls from motorists across the United States, providing calm, clear guidance and dispatching tow or service providers as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, or Virginia.
• Willingness to work remote, with a dedicated home office.
• Ability to pass background screening and provide own equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume real-time calls from motorists and gather location/issue details to dispatch assistance quickly.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure accurate, timely dispatch of tow trucks and service vehicles.
• De-escalate upset customers using active listening and empathy to deliver reassurance and guidance.
• Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools to track progress and update customers.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and managers in a remote, performance-driven team.
