Job summary

Agero is hiring Remote Response Associates to join the Roadside Assistance team. You will handle real-time inbound calls from motorists, dispatch tow trucks and service vehicles, and provide calm, empathetic guidance during roadside emergencies.

The role requires excellent communication, rapid decision-making, and strong comfort with digital dispatch tools. Location is remote nationwide; a dedicated home office and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of continuous customer service experience; remote experience valued.
• Must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, or Virginia.
• Pass comprehensive criminal background screening.
• Must have a dedicated quiet home office and own equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume real-time inbound calls to dispatch roadside assistance.
• Coordinate with external service providers for accurate dispatch.
• De-escalate upset customers with empathetic guidance.
• Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools simultaneously.
• Collaborate with a remote team via Zoom and Google Chat.
