Job summary

Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates to join our Roadside Assistance team. You will handle real-time inbound calls from motorists across the United States, guiding them through urgent events and dispatching tow trucks and service providers.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service, residency in Virginia or nearby states, a dedicated quiet home office, and the ability to pass a background check and BYOD hardware requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of continuous customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, or Virginia.
• Pass a comprehensive background check and maintain a dedicated quiet home office.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls gathering location and issue details to dispatch help quickly.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely, accurate dispatch.
• De-escalate customers with empathy and provide calm guidance under pressure.
• Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools while tracking progress.
• Collaborate with a remote team via Zoom and Google Chat to meet performance goals.
