Agero, Inc. is seeking a Remote Response Associate in our Roadside Assistance team to support stranded drivers. You will handle real-time inbound calls from motorists across the U.S., guiding them through urgent incidents and coordinating with service providers to dispatch help promptly.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and accurate dispatch in a high-volume, remote environment. Requires Alabama residency, strong customer service experience, and comfort with digital dispatch
