Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, is hiring a Business Development Engineer for the US Air Force to bridge RF capabilities with customer requirements and emerging trends. You will support field trials, demonstrate interoperability, and align technical needs with strategic priorities.

The role requires up to 50% travel for field tests and customer meetings, with a 100% remote option depending on location. A SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Network engineering or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of experience in systems engineering or defense tech.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP-based routing, or tactical comms.

Responsabilités

• Support field trials, configurations, and live execution of tests and evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineering and BD teams to validate solution architectures.
• Assist in translating field feedback into product roadmap inputs.
• Travel up to 50% for field tests and demonstrations.
