Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Air Force to bridge RF capabilities with DoD requirements. You will support field tests, demonstrations, and technical proposals while interfacing with engineering and BD teams.

The role requires up to 50% travel, US citizenship, and an active SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months. Remote work options may apply based on location.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering or related C5ISR field; 2–5 years of experience.
• Experience with SDRs and IP routing or tactical comms.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months; must be a U.S. citizen.

Mansioni

• Analyze USAF priorities and map requirements to radio solutions.
• Plan, configure networks, and run field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering to verify architectures.
• Support BD with technical needs and strategic priorities.
• Prepare demonstrations and RFI/RFP responses.
• Travel up to 50% for field tests and customer engagements.
