Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with Air Force needs. You will support demonstrations, field tests, and strategic planning across airborne and expeditionary networks.

Travel up to 50% is expected, with a remote option depending on location. A strong engineering background and US SECRET clearance are required. Join a mission-driven team delivering critical communications for defense and national security.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical comm systems.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Mansioni

• Analyze USAF priorities and map requirements to radio solutions.
• Plan and execute field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Create demonstrations for airborne, edge, and expeditionary networks.
• Support RFI/RFP responses and contribute to technical roadmaps.
• Travel up to 50% for tests and customer engagements.
