Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer, US Air Force, to bridge RF capabilities with DoD requirements. You will support field tests, demonstrations, and technical proposals across airborne and ground environments.

You will travel up to 50% for field tests and meetings, with a remote option depending on location, and collaborate with engineering and business development to align roadmaps with Air Force priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant technical or defense experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist in analyzing US Air Force priorities and map requirements to radio solutions.
• Support technical planning, network configuration, and live field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering to verify architectures are technically sound.
• Maintain alignment with Business Development for strategic priorities.
• Assist in building and presenting technical demonstrations for airborne and expeditionary networks.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and test end-to-end networks.
• Perform market research for potential integrations with industry partners.
• Engage with Air Force program offices and AFRL leads.
• Gather field feedback to inform product roadmaps and track progress.
• Travel up to 50% for field tests and demonstrations.
