Job summary

CharterUP, a remote-first company, is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis. You will support a multi-segment sales organization, build KPI dashboards, and optimize revenue processes across Sales, Finance, and Marketing, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

You will be responsible for configuring the revenue stack, ensuring data integrity, and enabling the sales team to scale efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of Revenue/Sales Operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly commission calculation and data review processes.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards across Sales, Account Management, and Support.
• Configure and customize Salesforce and Outreach; ensure data integrity and integrations.
