CharterUP, LLC is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into tooling, automation, and analytics. You will drive alignment across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations in a remote-first environment, shaping a rapidly scaling B2B/B2C marketplace and improving lead scoring, handoffs, and forecast accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Ops in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Analytical skills to translate data into clear insights; advanced Excel/Sheets and some SQL.
• CRM administrator with Salesforce; experience integrating a tech stack including Outreach, automation, AI, and analytics products.
• Strong communication and organization; translate concepts into actionable projects; drive projects to completion.
• Willingness to incorporate AI to scale operations; familiarity with FP&A concepts related to revenue.

Aufgaben

• Define end-to-end revenue process with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and optimization areas.
• Design and document standardized lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales processes.
• Configure and customize Salesforce/Outreach; manage integrations and data integrity.
• Contribute to the revenue stack roadmap to stay nimble while scaling.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting across Sales, Account Management, Support, and revenue functions.
• Own monthly commission calculation, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Assist in setting annual/quarterly revenue targets, forecasting, and compensation design.
• Provide forecasting support and improve pipeline visibility with finance and sales leadership.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline health, sales productivity, and campaign effectiveness.
