Job summary

CharterUP is recruiting a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis. You will support a multi-segment Sales team, optimize lead-to-revenue workflows, and ensure management visibility into key metrics and trends in a remote-first environment.

You will administer our revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach), develop KPI dashboards, and drive process improvements across Sales, Account Management, and Support to scale a growing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Ops in B2B SaaS.
Expert CRM administration with Salesforce.
Strong analytics translating data into actionable insights.
Experience with finance planning/FP&A concepts related to revenue.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end revenue processes with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Ops.
Build and maintain KPI dashboards across Sales, AM, Support and other revenue functions.
Own monthly commission calculations, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
Provide regular forecasting support with Sales leadership and Finance.
