Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis outputs. You will help scale a B2B/B2C marketplace, align Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, and drive efficiency across multi-segment teams.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel/GSheets and basic SQL ability.
• Proven CRM administration experience, preferably Salesforce, with tech-stack integration.

Responsibilities

• Document and optimize end-to-end revenue processes with leadership input.
• Design standardized lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close workflows.
• Configure and customize Salesforce and Outreach; manage data integrity.
• Create KPI dashboards for Sales, Account Management, Support and other revenue areas.
• Own monthly commission calculations and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Forecast revenue targets and assist in plan design and scenario analysis.
• Provide regular forecasting support and improve pipeline visibility.
• Analyze pipeline health, productivity, campaign impact, and churn trends.
