Job summary

CharterUP, LLC. seeks a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis outputs.

You will optimize lead-to-opportunity and post-sales workflows while owning commission calculations and forecasting with sales and finance teams. You will administer Salesforce and Outreach, build KPI dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations in a remote-first environment supporting a fast-growing B2B/B2C

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS marketplace is a plus.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and some SQL experience.
• CRM Administrator expertise, Salesforce required.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Translate big picture strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis outputs.
• Design, implement, and document standardized lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales processes.
• Own monthly commission calculation, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Provide regular forecasting support with Sales leadership and Finance to improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting for Sales, Account Management, Support, and other revenue-related functions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce and Outreach to enhance integrations and data integrity.
