Job summary

CharterUP, a remote-first company, is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into tooling, automation, and analysis. You will own commission calculations, forecasting, KPI dashboards, and data integrity across Sales, Account Management and Support, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations.

You will work with Salesforce and Outreach, optimize lead-scoring and handoffs, and contribute to proactive decision-making with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Sheets and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Own commission calculation and data review processes.
• Provide regular forecasting support with sales leadership and finance.
• Develop KPI dashboards across Sales, Account Management, and Support.
• Analyze pipeline health, sales productivity, and churn.
