Job summary

CharterUP, LLC. is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis outputs for a rapidly scaling marketplace.

You will drive efficiency for a multi-segment Sales team and enable proactive decision-making through KPI dashboards and data integration. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Marketing, and offers a remote-first environment with occasional in-person hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or Business Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights; strong Excel/Sheets and SQL capability.
• Expert-level Salesforce admin experience; familiarity with integrated tech stack including Outreach and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and organization; able to translate concepts into actionable projects and drive them to completion.
• Comfort with AI-driven insights and scale-focused planning in a fast-growing marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leaders and executive team to map end-to-end revenue processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Design, document, and optimize lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales workflows.
• Configure and extend the Revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach); improve integrations and data integrity.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reports for Sales, Account Management, Support, and related functions.
• Own monthly commission calculations, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Forecast revenue targets and assist in compensation plan design with finance and sales leadership.
• Provide regular forecasting support to improve pipeline visibility and decision-making.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on pipeline health, productivity, and campaign effectiveness.
