Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate big-picture strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis outputs. This role supports a rapidly scaling B2B and B2C marketplace and offers opportunities to learn new technologies while collaborating across teams.

You’ll drive efficiency for the Sales unit, build KPI dashboards, and contribute to forecasting, commissions, and revenue targets while ensuring clean data and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and some experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and manage end-to-end revenue processes with leadership to identify bottlenecks and optimizations.
• Design, implement, and document standardized lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close workflows.
