Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analytics. You will enable the multi-segment Sales team to operate efficiently, improve management visibility into metrics, and build automations for lead scoring and client handoffs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue processes, forecast targets, and optimize performance in a remote-first, US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations in B2B SaaS preferred.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience managing integrated tech stacks including CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, AI, and analytics products.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end revenue process with bottleneck identification.
• Design and document standardized lead-to-opportunity and post-sales processes.
• Configure Salesforce and Outreach; enhance integrations and ensure data integrity.
• Develop KPI dashboards for Sales, Account Management, Support and related functions.
• Own monthly commission calculations, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Forecast revenue targets and support compensation plan design.
• Provide forecasting support and improve pipeline visibility.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on pipeline health and campaign effectiveness.
