CharterUP, LLC. is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis outputs for a rapidly-scaling marketplace.

You will drive efficiency across multi-segment Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, building automations to score and assign leads, ensure smooth handoffs, and provide proactive visibility into key metrics. The role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and is remote in the US, with opportunities to shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and some SQL.
• CRM Administrator with Salesforce experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to propose scalable solutions and drive projects to completion.
• Willingness to incorporate AI to scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end revenue processes with leadership.
• Standardize lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, post-sales processes.
• Configure Salesforce and Outreach; improve integrations and data integrity.
• Develop KPI dashboards across Sales, Account Management, Support.
• Own monthly commission calculations and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Forecast revenue targets with finance; support pipeline visibility.
• Analyze pipeline health, sales productivity, and churn.
