Job summary

CharterUP, a remote-first company transforming the group transportation market, is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into tooling, automation, and analysis. This role supports a fast-growing B2B/B2C marketplace and improves efficiency across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will configure the revenue stack (Salesforce, Outreach), build KPI dashboards, own commissions processes, and help set

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or related field.
• 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into insights.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and basic SQL knowledge.
• CRM administration experience, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end revenue processes with cross-functional input.
• Standardize lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close workflows.
• Configure Salesforce and Outreach; improve integrations.
• Develop KPI dashboards across Sales, Account Mgmt, and Support.
• Own monthly commissions, data reviews, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Forecast revenue targets with leadership; support planning.
• Analyze pipeline health, productivity, and churn.
