Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager - GTM Readiness & Adoption to lead onboarding, enablement and adoption initiatives across our global GTM organization. You will partner with Revenue Ops, GTM Transformation, Product Marketing, and business leaders to design learning experiences and reinforcement plans that drive adoption of new processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, learning and development, onboarding, organizational development, change management, customer success enablement, or related field.
• Experience supporting onboarding, training, communication, or adoption initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build readiness, enablement, communication, and reinforcement plans for adoption of strategic GTM initiatives.
• Translate launch priorities into role-based learning journeys, manager tools, stakeholder communications, and adoption checkpoints.
• Partner with GTM Transformation, RevOps, Product Enablement, Product Marketing, and Revenue Leadership to prepare teams for change.
