Job summary

1mind is hiring a GTM Enablement Manager to build and run programs that accelerate revenue teams. You’ll onboard new GTM hires, create ongoing enablement, and design customer education, content, training, and initiatives that adapt with the business.

This remote role partners with Sales, CS, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to keep enablement aligned with market needs. You’ll measure ramp time, productivity, and adoption, and use AI to improve reach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GTM or revenue enablement in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience building enablement programs from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design.
• Strong facilitation and communication with contributors and leaders.
• Comfort using AI in day-to-day work.
• Data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness.
• Ability to move quickly in changing priorities.
• Familiarity with LMS, CMS, CRM, and Notion.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new GTM hires across sales and customer-facing roles.
• Build ongoing enablement programs as product, market, and motions evolve.
• Design enablement across pre and post-sales for a connected customer experience.
• Build customer education programs to help adoption and growth.
• Lead high-priority enablement initiatives from scoping to delivery and measurement.
• Deliver live and async training, including workshops and certifications.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to stay aligned.
• Apply AI to improve enablement and GTM outcomes.
• Measure ramp time, productivity, adoption, revenue impact, and iterate.
