Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager – GTM Readiness & Adoption to support onboarding, enablement, readiness, and adoption initiatives across our global Go-to-Market organization. This 100% remote role within the United States collaborates with Revenue Operations, GTM Transformation, and Product Marketing to deliver learning experiences and reinforce new processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in revenue or sales enablement, learning and development, onboarding, or related fields.
• Experience supporting onboarding, training, or adoption initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using learning technologies and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
• Attention to detail and execution-focused.

Responsibilities

• GTM Readiness & Adoption Planning: Build readiness, enablement, communication, and reinforcement plans.
• AI-Enabled Workflow Adoption: Enable GTM teams to use AI-assisted workflows and measure adoption impact.
• Organizational Readiness & Adoption: Develop readiness assessments and reinforcement plans.
• Enablement and Learning Experiences: Design onboarding and enablement programs across modalities.
• Sustainment & Continuous Improvement: Establish reinforcement strategies and monitor adoption health.
