Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement or GTM enablement in a tech environment.
• Exceptional Facilitation & Presentation Skills with diverse audiences.
• Strong Coaching Track Record coaching GTM professionals through skill development.
• Targeted Content Creation beyond standard facilitation assets.
• Digital Fluency with enablement platforms and media tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation & Training: design and lead high-energy virtual workshops and live sessions.
• GTM Coaching & Professional Development: conduct structured 1:1 and small-group coaching.
• Strategic Content Development: create playbooks, talk tracks, GTM briefs, and leader toolkits.
• Operations & Continuous Improvement: measure impact and optimize enablement initiatives.
