Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue enablement or GTM enablement, or learning and development in tech.
• Exceptionally strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proven track record coaching GTM professionals in 1:1 or small-group settings.
• Ability to create targeted, polished GTM content beyond live training assets.
• Digital fluency with enablement platforms and media.
• Collaborative, growth-minded culture fit with resilience and humor.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-energy virtual training and enablement events.
• Coach GTM professionals in structured 1:1 and small-group sessions.
• Develop playbooks, talk tracks, GTM briefs, and leader toolkits.
• Measure program impact, collect feedback, and optimize future initiatives.
• Partner with GTM leaders to align enablement with business priorities.
