Job summary

Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) is seeking a Regional Placement Coordinator for Summer Work and Travel. This remote role focuses on growing placements, supporting host employers, participants, and communities within a defined territory, and delivering gold-standard service throughout the placement lifecycle.

You will cultivate new host employer relationships, expand existing accounts, arrange housing when needed, and drive outreach efforts to maximize placements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales success, B2B and human capital solutions preferred.
• Ability to draw conclusions and create strategy from metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with host employers to generate placements across programs.
• Identify, recruit, and support host families and local coordinators to provide housing solutions.
• Execute outreach strategies to engage prospective host employers and expand placements.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed sales and placement goals.
• Provide consultative support to host employers on hiring strategies and program utilization.
• Deliver exceptional account management and build strong relationships with host employers.
• Support planning and execution of host-focused community events for engagement.
• Track and report sales activity, placement results, and account performance.
• Collaborate with compliance, participant services, and other teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond proactively to host employer and participant needs and resolve challenges.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout placement lifecycle.
