Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Regional Placement Coordinator for Summer Work and Travel to drive placement growth across SWT programs within a defined territory. You will cultivate host employers, place participants, arrange housing solutions, and support community engagement to ensure a high-quality program experience.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
3–5 years of sales experience.
B2B and human capital solutions preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to work with remote field staff.
Analytical mindset with metric-based decision making.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with host employers to generate placements.
Identify, recruit, and support host families and coordinators for housing.
Execute outreach to renew accounts and expand placements.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed goals.
Provide consultative support on hiring strategies and program utilization.
Deliver exceptional account management and foster growth.
Collaborate with compliance and participant services to ensure program quality.
Track sales activity and placement results and adjust strategies.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout placement lifecycle.
Deliver a gold-standard experience for hosts, participants, host families, and community partners through proactive communication and outstanding customer service.
